<strong>Welcome to use Ping An One Account’s services.</strong>
<br><br> "Ping An One Account" is an online integrated asset account management tool under Ping An Group, integrating Ping An and other financial and non-financial institutions' online accounts. It can meet users' multiple individual account management and asset management needs, such as banking, investment and insurance, and provide one-stop services for users with one account, a set of passwords, and one login.
<br><br> "Ping An One Account" hereinafter refers to Ping An One Account services as well as the service provider, Ping An One Account. Users or members refer to users who use Ping An One Account's relevant services, and those users are more commonly referred to as "you" in this Agreement.
<br><br> Before using Ping An One Account services, please read carefully and fully understand Ping An One Account’s Member Service Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "the Agreement"), especially the corresponding provisions restricting or exempting liability, the applicable law settlement of and disputes.
<strong> Corresponding clauses that restrict or exempt liability are brought to your attention in bold. </strong>Minors shall read the Agreement with a legal guardian.

<br><br> You agree that Ping An One Account has the right to modify the terms of this Agreement and publicize them in accordance with laws when necessary. You can read the latest version of the Agreement on the relevant service page.

<strong>Article 1 Scope of the Agreement</strong>
<br><br> This Agreement is entered between you and Shenzhen Ping An Integrated Financial Services Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ping An Financial Services”), the provider of Ping An One Account services with regard to your registration, login and use of Ping An One Account services (including but not limited to the login and use on PC , mobile devices, etc.).

<strong>Article 2 Account Use Rules</strong>
<br><br>I. Member registration
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>1. You may need to provide some necessary information when registering or using Ping An One Account services. You shall ensure that the registration form you fill in and information you provide are true, accurate and complete, otherwise you may not use the Services or may be restricted during the use of the Services. You are liable for any loss incurred due to untrue, inaccurate or incomplete information.</li>
<li>2. Ping An One Account has the right to decide whether your registration is valid or not based on the authenticity, accuracy and completeness of the registration information provided by you as well as based on whether other conditions prescribed by Ping An One Account can be met. If there is any false information in the registration information provided by you or in the case of impersonating other people's information, Ping An Financial Services, as the provider of the Services, has the right to cancel the account.</li>
<li>3. During the process of using Ping An One Account, in case of changes in registered information provided by you, you shall conduct corresponding changes in a timely manner. </li>
<li>4. You voluntarily register and use Ping An One Account, and confirm that your financial or non-financial product accounts will be managed by Ping An One Account’s technical operation methods. </li>
<li>5. If you are a minor, you shall obtain prior written consent from your legal guardian before using the Services. The guardian's consent includes but is not limited to oral, written, or other forms. The guardian shall bear the primary responsibility of protecting the privacy of the minor on the website, and the minor and his/her guardian shall bear all consequences arising from the use of the Services.</li>
<li>6. Once registered as a member of Ping An One Account, you can use your account on many platforms such as Ping An Group's subsidiaries and partners. When using a Ping An One Account account to log in and use products or services provided by other platforms, in addition to complying with this Agreement, you shall also abide by the provisions of these platforms’ service agreements, the rules published by the platform, and instructions and operating guidelines on the correct use of the platform services. Ping An One Account and other platforms bear their respective responsibilities for possible disputes within the scope of legal regulations and agreements.</li>
<li>7. Ping An One Account provides integrated financial and life services for members. In order to ensure customer experience and functional services, you may be required to fill in contents which are not completely consistent when registering at different platform entrances. Therefore, when using higher-level services, to provide you with better services and protect your account security, you may need to fill out complete information before you can use it.</li>
</ul>
<br><br>II. User name and password security
<br><br> You shall properly keep your username and password, as well as devices for loading and using Ping An One Account services. Any use of the user name and password is deemed as your own operation by Ping An One Account, and electronic information records generated by the operation are valid evidence of Ping An One Account’s member behaviors. You are fully responsible for all activities carried out with this username and password.
<br><br> You shall set and keep passwords in accordance with the principles of confidentiality, including but not limited to:
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>1. avoid using numbers such as date of birth and telephone numbers that are obviously related to you as your passwords;</li>
<li>2. after receiving the initial passwords, you shall reset the passwords as soon as possible by logging on the Ping An One Account.</li>
<li>3. you shall regularly reset the passwords and keep them in mind;</li>
<li>4. when entering passwords on devices, you shall ensure that you are not peeked by others or unsafe devices;</li>
<li>5. may not use Ping An One Account in public places such as Internet cafes or other people's computers or network devices;</li>
<li>6. choose a safe exit method to terminate the current service when you want to end the service;</li>
<li>7. you shall reset a password in time if you disclose or forget it.</li>
</ul>
<br><br>III. Suspend and cancel users
<br><br> You shall suspend or cancel your Ping An One Account (TOA) account if you don’t log in or use it.
<br><br> You can suspend or cancel your "TOA" accounts and modify your registration information by directly logging on the functional area of "TOA". After suspending the "TOA" account, you may not use "TOA" services within the suspension period and can only use them again when the suspension period ends; after canceling the "TOA" account, your membership qualification will be canceled, and you shall re-register the "TOA" account for future use.

<strong>Article 3 Behaviors Prohibited</strong>
<br><br>I. When you use Ping An One Account services, you are prohibited from engaging in the following activities. The system records of Ping An One Account can be used as the evidence for such behavior:
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>1. publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing contents that endanger national security and unity, undermine social stability, and violate public order and customs, insulting, defamation, obscenity, violence, and any contents that violate national laws and regulations;</li>
<li>2. publishing, transmitting, disseminating, and storing contents that infringe on others’ intellectual property rights, trade secrets and other legal rights;</li>
<li>3. maliciously fabricating facts and concealing the truth to mislead and deceive others;</li>
<li>4. publishing, transmitting, and disseminating advertising information and spam;</li>
<li>5. uploading, posting, sending or transmitting software viruses or other computer codes, files and programs that interfere with, destroy or limit the functions of any computer software, hardware or communication devices via email or other ways;</li>
<li>6. malicious login, registration, and malicious use of system functions and services; interference or destruction of the Ping An One Account services or servers and networks connected to the Ping An One Account services, or failure to comply with the regulations for the use of the Ping An One Account services network;</li>
<li>7. maliciously defaming or damaging the reputation of Ping An One Account, and taking use of Ping An One Account membership identity to engage in activities that violate national laws and regulations;</li>
<li>8. violating any relevant Chinese laws, administrative regulations, rules, ordinances and other legally valid norms.</li>
</ul>
<br><br>II. If Ping An One Account discovers or receives reports from others that information posted by you violates this Agreement, Ping An One Account has the right to make independent judgments and take technical measures to delete, block or disconnect the link. In addition, Ping An One Account has the right to take measures including, but not limited to, suspend or terminate services, restrict, freeze, or terminate account use, and pursue legal liability, based on the nature of the members' behavior.
<br><br><br>
<strong>Article 4 Changes, Interruptions or Termination of Services.</strong>
<br><br> I. You understand that Ping An One Account needs to perform overhauls or maintenance on the system or related equipment that provides services on a regular or irregular basis, or to upgrade or transform the Ping An One Account system. If the service is interrupted within a reasonable period of time due to such circumstances, Ping An One Account will not bear any responsibility. However, Ping An One Account shall give the notice in advance and issue the notice in advance on the corresponding service page according to the situation.
<br><br>
<strong>II. In the case of the following situations, Ping An One Account has the right to interrupt or terminate the services under this Agreement without prior notice and will not bear any responsibility to you or any third party:</strong>
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>1. according to law, you shall submit true information. However, the personal information you provided is not true, or inconsistent with the information at the time of registration without any reasonable proof;</li>
<li>2. you violate the relevant laws and regulations or the agreement of this Agreement;</li>
<li>3. according to law or required by competent authorities;</li>
<li>4. for security reasons or other necessary circumstances.</li>
</ul>
<br><br>III. You shall back up data stored in this Services. If your service is terminated, Ping An One Account may permanently delete your data from the server, unless otherwise provided by laws and regulations. After the service is terminated, Ping An One Account has no obligation to return the data to you.
<br><br><br>
<strong>Article 5 Authorization Clause</strong>
<br><br> <strong>You agree: I hereby authorize Ping An Group, unless otherwise provided by law, to use any information provided by me to Ping An Group, any information generated by services received by me from Ping An Group (including any information provided and generated prior to signature of this Agreement) as well as any information obtained and collected by Ping An Group under this Clause for the purposes of provision of services, recommendation of products, market research, and data analysis for me by Ping An Group and any partners of Ping An Group duly authorized as needed for provision of services.</strong>
<br><br> <strong>I hereby authorize Ping An Group, unless otherwise provided by law, to provide, inquire or collect my information for its partners as needed for the purposes of provision of better services and products for me.</strong>br><br> The foregoing "information" may include but is not limited to identity information, property information, account information, credit information, transaction information, healthcare information, track information, electronic equipment information, electronic equipment operation log and other information related to you. In order to ensure your information security, Ping An Group has the obligation to keep the above information confidential and try its best to take various measures to ensure the security of the information. This Article shall come into force upon the execution of this Agreement and shall have independent legal effect, no subject to the formation of this Agreement and the change in the status of effect.
<br><br> Ping An Group herein refers to, Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. and companies controlled by it directly or indirectly as well as companies in which Ping An Insurance (Group) Company of China, Ltd. acts directly or indirectly as a single largest shareholder.
<br><br> <strong>If you disagree with the clause above partially or completely, you may [dial our customer service hotline (95511)] to cancel or alter the authorization.</strong>
<br><br><br>
<strong>Article 6 Disclaimer</strong>
<br><br> <strong>You understand and agree that Ping An One Account is not liable (including but not limited to) under the following circumstances:</strong>
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>I. Ping An One Account does not provide any form of guarantee for the Services, including but not limited to meet your needs, the Services not being interrupted, timely service or zero-error; </li>
<li>II. Ping An One Account’s partners shall be liable for service contents and quality provided by them;</li>
<li>III. Ping An One Account does not guarantee the accuracy and completeness of the external links set up to benefit members. In addition, Ping An One Account does not assume any responsibility for website contents accessed via external links rather than effectively controlled by Ping An One Account;</li>
<li>IV. Ping An One Account is not liable for service changes, interruptions or terminations specified in Article 4 of this Agreement. </li>
<li>V. Ping An One Account is not liable for any losses incurred due to the failure to properly execute Ping An One Account member operation instructions submitted by you under the following circumstances:</li>
<ul>
<li> 1. the instruction information is unclear, garbled or incomplete;</li>
<li> 2. the products or services you own are invalid or terminated;</li>
<li> 3. Ping An One Account has no faults. </li>
</ul>
<li>VI. Losses incurred due to computer viruses, trojans or other malicious programs or hacker attacks.</li>
<li>VII. You shall use the account securely, and properly keep the user name and password of your Ping An One Account account. Ping An One Account is not be liable for any loss caused by your improper storage.</li>
<li>VIII. If you log on to Ping An One Account under shared environment or if your computer is monitored remotely, Ping An One Account shall not be liable for any loss caused thereby.</li>
<li>IX. Ping An One Account doesn’t allow you to use others’ identity information for registration, otherwise, the legal liability arising therefrom shall be borne by you, and you shall compensate for the losses caused to others.</li>
<li>X. If you use others' account, you shall obtain their prior consent. Once you enter the correct user name and password, you will be deemed to have obtained others’ consent. Any dispute between you and others arising therefrom has nothing to do with Ping An One Account, Ping An One Account is not be liable for any loss you or others suffer, and Ping An One Account shall reserve the right of recourse in case of any loss caused to Ping An One Account. </li>
<li>XI. If Ping An One Account's members enter account details into any other service systems rather than the security login system on the relevant webpage of Ping An One Account, Ping An One Account shall not be liable for any loss caused thereby.</li>
<li>XII. Ping An One Account shall not be held responsible for the incomplete, lost or third-party interception of information caused by members of Ping An One Account who log on relevant websites and use relevant services through mobile communication devices.</li>
<li>XIII. If Ping An One Account fails to perform its obligations hereunder or fails to perform them on time due to unforeseeable, unavoidable and insurmountable force majeure events, Ping An One Account shall be exempted from liability to the extent permitted by law. </li>
<li>XIV. If Ping An One Account has defects that cannot be found at the scientific and technological level when it is put into use, Ping An One Account shall not be liable for the losses caused thereby.</li>
<br><br>I. The content (including but not limited to web pages, text, pictures, audio, video, graphics, etc.) contained in Ping An One Account services and the copyright, patent rights and other intellectual property rights of the software on which the services is provided are owned by Ping An One Account and its affiliates. Ping An Group owns the trademarks and related rights of commercial logos, such as “Ping An” and “Ping An One Account” used in the Services.
<br><br>II. The intellectual property rights of the content contained in the Services are protected by law. If you infringe Ping An One Account relevant rights, you will be liable for damages.
<br><br> Ping An One Account hereby promises to adopt strict privacy policies, and respect and protect members' privacy. Ping An One Account will collect, use and share your personal information in accordance with the privacy protection rules (hereinafter referred to as the "Rules"). The Rules contain terms for collecting, storing, protecting, using, and sharing your personal information. You are advised to read the Rules in entirety to understand how to safeguard your privacy.
<br><br>I. Scope of personal information collection
<br><br> When you use Ping An One Account services, you will actively provide us with some information. You agree and permit us to collect some of your information to provide you with the service.
<br><br> The scope of information we collect includes:
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>1. In order to comply with the laws and regulations, and based on the reasonable needs of providing services and improving the service quality, we need to identify you. When you register and use Ping An One Account, you may need to provide us with some personally identity information, such as name, certificate type and certificate number, mobile phone number, contact address, email address, and so on.</li>
<li>2. In addition to the above information, we collect other information about you in order to provide you with more personalized services, including but not limited to age, birthday, occupation, education level, etc., and other information such as the language, appetite, etc.</li>
<li>3. When you use Ping An One Account services provided in this Agreement, we may record relevant information about your operation and log information related to the Ping An One Account services, which can help us provide you with accurate services and better protect your account.</li>
</ul>
<br><br>II. Purposes of collecting personal information
<br><br> You understand and agree that Ping An One Account may use personal information provided by you for one or more of the following purposes:
<ul>
<li>1. more accurate identification; </li>
<li>2. process members' needs for purchasing commodities and services;</li>
<li>3. meet members' needs for the use of various online services, mobile communications services and other services;</li>
<li>4. provide better membership services and communication, including project research and plan development, sending of relevant news and service messages to members, and provision of relevant discounts and recommendation of products to members;</li>
<li>5. preventing or prohibiting illegal activities;</li>
<li>6. other uses as permitted by you.</li>
</ul>
<br><br>III. Protect and store personal information
<br><br> In order to ensure the proper use of personal information, Ping An One Account takes proper management measures to ensure the confidentiality of personal information collected. Ping An OneConnect adopts security technology measures to protect data, establishes strict information storage and use specifications, and also strictly manages people who may access to your information.
<br><br>IV. Sharing and disclosure of personal information
<br><br> We have an obligation to keep your information confidential and will not disclose your personal information without your permission. You agree that we will share your information with third parties in the following cases:
<br><br>
<ul>
<li>1. obtain your consent or authorization;</li>
<li>2. some services you require need to be provided or jointly provided by partners (including but not limited to companies that provide relevant technical support, courier companies and companies that provide rewards). In order to provide such services for members, it is necessary for Ping An One Account to provide service partners with members' personal information needed for completion of the services.</li>
<li>3. Ping An One Account may jointly hold promotional events with third parties and share all or part of the personal information collected from such events with the third party.</li>
<li>4. according to laws, regulations or mandatory provisions of government, Ping An One Account shall provide members' personal information for relevant judicial or governmental departments.</li>
<li>5. to complete a merger, division, acquisition or asset transfer</li>
<li>6. for the prevention of members’ legitimate rights and interests of others or public interests of the society from being seriously harmed. </li>
</ul>
<br><br>V. The third party liability declaration
<br><br> Due to the necessity of services, Ping An One Account may link related websites to websites of Ping An Group’s partners (collectively referred to as "third-party websites"). The Privacy Protection Rules are not applicable to these third-party websites because they are not under the control of Ping An One Account. If you use a link provided by Ping An One Account to visit the third-party websites, the operators of these websites may collect your personal information. Ping An One Account endeavors to ensure that all linked third-party websites take the same measures to protect personal information, but Ping An One Account assumes no legal or other responsibility for the activities, privacy policies, or level of privacy protection of these third party websites.

<strong>Article 9 Legal Effect</strong>
<br><br>I. Members who use Ping An One Account services shall be deemed to have read this Agreement and are bound by it.
<br><br>II. The headings of all terms of this Agreement are for convenience only and have no actual meaning themselves and may not be constructed as the basis for the interpretation of the meaning of this Agreement.
<br><br>III. If any part of the terms of this Agreement is invalid or unenforceable for any reason, the remaining terms shall remain valid and binding upon both parties.
<br><br><br>
<strong>Article 10 Applicable Law and Settlement of Disputes </strong>
<br><br>I. The formation, validity, implementation, interpretation and settlement of disputes in relation to this Agreement shall be governed by the laws (excluding conflict of laws) of the People's Republic of China mainland. If there are no relevant laws, international business practices and or industry practices shall be reference.
<br><br>II. Any dispute between you and Ping An One Account during the implementation of this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiation. If the Parties are unable to reach an amicable resolution, such dispute shall be submitted to the Shenzhen Arbitration Commission for arbitration in accordance with the Commission's arbitration rules. The arbitral award shall be final and binding upon both parties.
